These rules apply to every RNJ transaction, without exception.
All payments are made to RNJ Automotive Services Ltd's official business account. RNJ staff will never ask you to pay into a personal account, a relative's account or a mobile money number.
You receive and accept an itemised agreement — vehicle cost, auction fees, towing, shipping and any other agreed charges — with a single stated total before any payment is requested.
When your payment is reconciled you receive an official receipt linked to your transaction reference, and it appears in your portal.
You authorise a maximum vehicle price, maximum auction bid and maximum total landed budget. The system prevents RNJ from exceeding them without your new, recorded approval.
Your agreement states the exchange rate and the date until which it is locked. After that date, a re-issued agreement is required before payment.
Internally, what you pay is allocated to named buckets — vehicle, auction fees, towing, shipping, service fee — and tracked against actual costs.
