The Ghana Standards Authority now refuses used vehicles over 15 years old, vehicles with major flood, fire or structural damage, right-hand-drive vehicles and any vehicle shipped without a Certificate of Conformity. Every option we present carries a Ghana import check — so you never approve a car that can't come home.

You pay against an itemised Purchase Agreement, receive an official receipt linked to your transaction reference, and you set the maximum price, bid and total budget RNJ is allowed to spend. The system blocks any purchase above your limits unless you approve a change.

Our written customer policy covers delays, damage in transit, withdrawn vehicles, price changes and disputes. Every document, approval and status update is kept in your portal as the record relied on if anything needs resolving.

Yes. Your private Customer Portal shows live status, the vehicle details, shipping booking, vessel and tracking link, every document and a dated timeline of every action on your transaction.
